What Encaje is
Encaje measures how well a CV fits a job offer and, with credits, uses artificial intelligence to produce a tailored version of the CV and a cover letter.
Your account
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it.
Credits and plans
Each adaptation uses 1 credit. Pack credits never expire. For subscriptions, credits are added on each renewal and there is a cap on how many you can accumulate.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from “Manage subscription”. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments
Payments are processed in US dollars (USD) through Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms.
Using the output
AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Review all of it before sending, and make sure everything it says is true: you are responsible for what you apply with.
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or that any automated screening system will accept your CV. The meter score is a rough estimate.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to fabricate credentials or experience, to infringe the rights of others, or to access it in an abusive automated way.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on the site or by email.
