7-day guarantee
If the service did not work for you within 7 days of purchase and you used fewer than 5 credits, write to us and we will refund the payment.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time. We do not refund periods already used, except as stated above.
Technical failures
If an adaptation fails, the credit is returned automatically. If your balance looks wrong, write to us and we will look into it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, through Creem.
